Noodle VPN attracts with flexible plans, cheap prices, and server variety — but a couple of glaring omissions raise some eyebrows.

The service looks really good on paper, with a wide array of supported protocols and strong encryption.

Noodle VPN isn’t feature-rich, but that’s standard for a budget provider. However, they did add a kill switch and IP/DNS leak protection in a recent update.

This VPN’s problems stem from presentation — or in some cases, the lack thereof. For instance, Noodle VPN claims to offer “CiscoVPN” as a separate profile, describing it as “new and better than OpenVPN”. This is neither accurate nor true.

The biggest issue, however, is the missing terms of use, as well as detailed privacy/refund policies. In other words, when you use Noodle VPN, you are virtually left in the dark. As for your privacy, you are fed scattered tidbits across the website — Noodle VPN claims it doesn’t keep any logs, but why not put that in clear writing?
